The best way to reduce the amount of stress involved in a move is to prepare in advance as much as possible. If you would like Birch Circle Movers to take care of packing and unpacking, as well as the move itself, it will save you time, as well as eliminate the worry of having too much to do by moving day.

Tips for saving on moving expenses:
- Take apart your furniture ahead of time, including beds and cribs. Disconnect electrical items, such as stereos and TV. Disconnect your refrigerator, washer and dryer.
- Label boxes clearly so that we know what room they belong in your new home
- Stage packed boxes so they can be moved quickly onto the truck
- Arrange parking for the moving truck during loading and unloading
- Schedule service providers (cable, phone, etc) in advance of your move
If possible, plan nothing else on moving day, except the actual move itself. Make sure you have all important phone numbers and schedules for family members handy when moving day arrives.
We will call you the day before as well as early on moving day, so you’ll know exactly when to expect us.
